LTT TrueSpec Cables Limited Warranty

LTT TrueSpec Cables are covered by a limited warranty against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship for the usual and customary life of the product

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Products where any of the following conditions apply, as determined solely by lttstore.com;
• Cables which have been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper storage;
• Cables which have been used improperly, e.g., running higher-than-intended current through the cable;
• Cables which have been altered in any way;
• Normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time i.e., gradual loosening of the cable contacts);
• Cosmetic damage (including scratches to the finish, or fraying of the cord where no other performance impact is observed);
• Products purchased from third-parties or unauthorized dealers, including those which have been purchased second-hand

To complete your warranty claim you must contact the lttstore.com customer service team. To assist with your claim, it’s recommended that you provide a photo or video which demonstrates the issue if at-all possible. The responding agent may request such evidence if it is missing. Please inform the agent if there is any reason you are unable to provide photo or video evidence.

Creator Warehouse, Inc. reserves the right to deny coverage in cases where it cannot be established with certainty whether the product has a covered defect.

If we determine that your product is covered under warranty, Creator Warehouse, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, provide you with ONE of the following solutions.

• 1. Replace the product with the same-model product
• 2. Replace the product with a comparable product should the original product be discontinued or otherwise unavailable
• 3. Provide you with a voucher equivalent to the product’s last-posted retail value at the time of the claim, for use towards the purchase of other products on LTTStore.com

In order to make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser of the LTT TrueSpec Cable from LTTstore.com or provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.
